After all written and oral examinations have been submitted and the whole process of the examina is completed, the magister file of each graduate will be transferred from the Examination Office of each Institute to the Dean’s Office. After all documents of the graduates reach the Dean's Office, the magister degree certificate and the magister transcript will be generated. The magister degree certificate and magister transcript has to be signed by the Dean and the Chair of the Examination Board. After the magister degree certificate and magister transcript are ready for handing over, the graduate will receives our post.
